Hoot Cafe & Brewery - New Menu Launch
Bangalore adds in one more craft beer brewery and strongly holds on to its title of being the Pub Capital of India with Hoot located at Sarjapur Road. With a live brewery serving out some amazing beers from the house of Saint Martin, a seating capacity of over 100, rustic interiors, multiple floors, a splash of cuisines rolling out some delicious pub grub. This place has it all!! Oh! Did I forget to mention the super cool pool side seating - which is so unlike any brew pub that we have here in namma ooru. If you feel nostalgic about being in Goa - hop on to that boat near the bar counter and re live your experience :) And scroll down to read more about my experience -

I was invited for the all new menu launch along with my fellow food bloggers and well known socialites of Bangalore.
As a beer lover we started our evening by tasting their first batch of brewed beers with some samplers. St Martin's triple Belgian White (my personal favourite) Dark Abbey - their version of Irish stout
Some of the in house special cocktails that we liked during that evening were : Fat free Colada
Blood Orange mint

Jalapeno Margarita

On the food front - Starters served were lip smacking. Typically for me as a pub visitor, its the choice of easy finger food, less oil, more spice plus of course taste that makes me a repeat customer. Hoot had it all !! From Thai, Chinese, British to our very own Indian - the starter menu served as a part of the tasting table was fabulous. Pictured below is the Magic drumstick - loved the presentation and styling of this dish.

Chips and dips comprising - Hummus, Tabouleh, Salsa, Sour cream.

Nam prink lamb

And everyone favourite, a vegetarian's delight - Twisty Tangy Mushroom.

Although there was main course and desserts, I couldn't try them all as I was so full and may not have justified their taste/preparation. But nevertheless, overall loved the energy & ambience of this place, chic interiors, great food and amazing service. So next time you are in Sarjapur - head to Hoot!!

Thank you Ram and Sonalika for the invite - here's wishing you great success with Hoot!

Cheers to the good life!!
