December is like the Friday of 12 months in a year :)
You know its Christmas time, when the weather turns out to be chilly, every second post on Facebook is about how to make that special Fruit cake irrespective of whether you've soaked your plums in advance or not. Bringing down the decoration boxes, stored away tree and planning for Carol events in churches or prepping for a warm mulled wine. That's the festive spirit which Christmas brings in and Oh lets not forget the red caps.
I had the privilege of attending this year's Christmas Tree lighting ceremony @ Ritz Carlton, Bangalore. The event was graced by socialites, expats and a plethora of festive food to truly welcome the season - like puddings, mulled wine, roast meat, swirl cookies, reindeer chocolates, Santa and absolutely gorgeous Christmas trees across each floor.
